Toby Keith

PolyGram owned Mercury Records, Polydor Records and A&M Records. In 1993, Toby Keith was on Mercury's artist roster. In 1994, he moved to Polydor Records, an A&M Records Associated label. When Polydor Records closed in 1996, Keith was assigned to A&M Records. He told Billboard he was with A&M for 15 weeks then was moved back to Mercury Records. His Blue Moon album was worked by all three labels.
