Tarney/Spencer

Alan Tarney and Trevor Spencer were two English studio musicians, songwriters and music producers. They signed with A&M Records in 1976 as the Tarney/Spencer Band.

The first A&M single "Takin' Me Back" was a Billboard recommendation in September 1978.

Second single "No Time to Lose" was recommended by Billboard in 1979. It was reissued in 1981 and made the Billboard Top 100 chart.

Tarney/Spencer Band album was a regional hit in the Southeast region of the U.S.
